How do I file a warranty claim?


We take pride in the integrity of our products, and your Newton product is protected with our Limited Warranty. Should an issue arise, we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

It's important to have your receipt ready to share purchase information on your order. We will also require photos of the issue and photos of the tags on the product. We require this information to quickly and efficiently resolve any concerns you may have with your Newton item.
