Your Newton crib mattress comes with a limited lifetime warranty. All other Newton Baby products have a 2-year warranty. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and proof of this purchase must be provided. This warranty is non-transferable and covers against defects in workmanship and/or materials. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear; soiling and staining caused by grease, inks, cosmetics, bleach, dyes, solvents, corrosives; intentional or accidental damage/abuse, (i.e. cutting into the material); misuse/mishandling of the product and any of its components; or to mattresses that do not contain the original manufacturer's law tag.
