Washing the Newton crib mattress cover or pads is easy! The mattress cover and mattress pad should wash on a cold cycle, with mild detergent, and tumble dry on low until completely dry. Unzip the cover and wash and dry with the two pieces loose, not zipped together. Do not hang dry. To refresh the cover, add 1/2 cup of baking soda with detergent or vinegar to the softener tray. The Wovenaire core of the mattress can be taken into the bathtub or shower and rinsed through with mild detergent and cool water! NEVER use hot water or a heating element to speed the drying process.
