How do I return an item?

Before starting your return, please review the policy below to be sure the item qualifies.

100-Night Trial for Crib Mattresses: 

We require all crib mattress returns to happen within the 100 night free trial time frame. The 100 Night Trial only is valid for mattresses purchased directly from NewtonBaby.com. Mattresses must be in their original packaging, even if used during the 100 night trial for proper handling. Mattresses returned within the above parameters will be credited in the same form as the initial payment. You can create your return request and shipping label here. 

 

30 Day Returns for Pads, Extra Covers, Sheets, + Swaddles: 

We require that all non-mattress returns occur within 30 days of purchase, in original packaging, and that the item not be used or damaged. Items include sheets, extra covers, swaddles, and mattress pads. Items returned within the above parameters will be credited in the same form as the initial payment. You can create your return request and shipping label here. 

 

14 Day Returns on unopened cribs: 

All crib purchases must be unopened and in their original packaging to return for a full refund. As dadada cribs are provided from dadada, the customer must purchase a return label to return the product. We would be happy to provide the shipping label for you, should this be most accessible, and refund the purchase less the price of return shipping. Please get in touch with us directly should you wish to initiate a return on a crib. 

 

Gift Returns:

If you were gifted an item and it falls under the above guidelines, we'd be happy to offer you store credit in the amount of the purchase. You can initiate the return request through the returns page, and select the option " It was a gift." All we will need is a few pieces of information on the item and gift and we can help you along the way to process this return. You can create your return request here.
