How often do you have sales? 

We run different promotions throughout the year. The best way to be in the know of current or upcoming promotions is to join our mailing list. You can sign up here!

I see you had a sale recently. Can you offer an extension so I can order now?

We do apologize, but we are unable to extend our promotional pricing at this time. Signing up for our email notifications is the best way to find out about all future sales! 

Your sale started just after I placed my order. Can you adjust the price. 

If your order has just arrived, is in transit, or was placed recently, please contact our support team to see if an accommodation is possible. 

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not price match with other retailers, but if you recently placed an order on Newton and we now have a better price, please contact our support team to see if an accommodation is possible. 

Is your sale available if I purchase on Amazon? 

Sales and discount codes on newtonbaby.com are only available for purchases made through newtonbaby.com and unless otherwise specified are not available at other retailers. 

I have a coupon code that I would like to use during a sale. Is this possible? 

Only one discount or promotional code can be used at a time for in stock items, however, if you have a discount code that offers a greater savings than the current sale and enter it at checkout, the higher discount will be taken.

The item I want to order is out of stock, will you honor the sale price when it becomes available? 

Our promotions and discount codes are available for a limited time and can only be redeemed during the advertised promotional period.

Can I place a pre-order for an out of stock item during a sale? 

We are not able to take pre-orders when an item is out of stock. 

We do update our product pages as best as possible with anticipated shipping dates or arrival dates. We also encourage you to place your email on the list to be alerted to when the product is back in stock for purchase and when our next sales will be.
