Can I use sheets? What sheets can I use?
Using a sheet with your Newton products is optional but if you prefer to use sheets, we also offer breathable muslin cotton sheets. The large and open weave of muslin cotton makes it the perfect lightweight fabric for optimal airflow. We guarantee you will experience their ultta-breathability as soon as you see their ultra-lightweight unhindered open airflow design. With our naturally safe sheets, both you and your baby can rest easy!
When considering sheets for the Bassinet & Bedside Sleeper or the Travel Crib & Play Yard, please only purchase Newton sheets as there are larger than the competition and will not be compatible with other brand sheets.

Can I use non-Newton sheets?
At Newton, we go to extensive lengths to test the safety of our products in expected use situations. With the number of baby items on the market today, we are not able to test the compatibility of non-Newton sheets.
What products do you carry sheets for?
We carry sheets for our mini and standard sized crib mattresses. We also carry sheets for the Play Yard floor and the Bassinet & Bedside Sleeper. Sheets are not currently available for the Bassinet Insert.
Where are the Sheets made?
Our standard and mini crib sheets are 100% Organic Cotton Muslin and are designed in the USA and made in Pakistan.
Our Bassinet & Bedside Sleeper and Travel Crib & Play Yard sheets are designed in the USA and made in China. These sheets are not organic cotton.
Do you sell sheets in a single pack? I am only seeing 2-packs.
We currently only carry sheets in packs of 2. This way, you'll always have a spare while one is in the wash.
Do the sheets ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada?
Newton's sheets ship free within the contiguous US. Shipping for sheets is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada for an additional fee.
How do I care for the sheets?
- machine washable (with warm water and like colors)
- Tumble dry low
- Do not iron or dry clean
- Item is preshrunk
- Use only chlorine-free bleach (when needed)
Do you have a sleep sack?
We do not currently have sleep sacks available on newtonbaby.com.
Should I use a sheet with the Newton Mattress?
Yes! We encourage you to use a sheet on your mattress but make sure you use a breathable cotton muslin sheet like ours. Newton crib sheets are just as breathable as the crib mattress and come in various colors and patterns.
Will the sheets fit any crib mattress?
Our sheets fit any standard American crib mattress or mini crib mattress. They are made to a universal sizing standard to fit securely and snuggly on any crib mattress.
