Shipping times and when to expect your order.
You will receive the tracking number once the item is en route to you!
The map below will show the estimated shipping time of your package if you ordered a Newton Baby product.

Pink- within 1 business day
Blue- within 2 business days
Orange- within 3 business days
Green- within 4 business days
Purple- within 5 business days
Yellow- within 6 business days
Dark blue- 7+ business days
PLEASE NOTE: Each item ships separately with a different release timeline based on the item. For instance, some items are pre-order and will not ship until a later date, once restocked. Please check your confirmation email, as each item will list these timelines.
Have issues with an order while it is already in transit? If you received a tracking number from us and there is no initial movement within 72 hours, please contact us to investigate with our carrier. If your item was on the move and started showing no scans or activity for seven or more business days, we will work with you to issue a claim with our carriers and get a replacement sent.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Newton is a small business, and we appreciate you choosing us. Because we are a smaller team, we are not able to offer expedited shipping options or shipping options other than FedEx ground.
May I choose a specific day for my shipment to arrive?
We ship via FedEx Ground and don’t always have complete control over the arrival. Most orders arrive in 3-10 business days. We will provide tracking numbers for you once available. If a specific day or pick-up from a FedEx pickup location is needed, you can always manage your delivery after the fact directly with FedEx.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship with FedEx Ground and FedEx SmartPost.
Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes as we use FedEx as our shipping carrier.
If I place my order now, can you hold it to ship at a later date?
We cannot hold shipments to ship at a later date.
Do I need to be home when my order arrive?
You do not have to be present at the time of delivery as no signature is required. We always recommend closely watching your tracking information so that you are aware and able to keep an eye out for your delivery.
It's been more than 2 business days and I have not received tracking information yet.
If your order has not shipped and its been over 2 business days since you placed your order, please contact support.
Where do Newton products ship to?
We currently ship all products to the 48 contiguous states. Some items are available in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

International availability:
We only stock in the UK through Amazon UK channels. We are currently out of stock in our UK cot sizes, and we don’t have an estimated restock date at this time.
Shipping costs:
Contiguous US:
We offer free shipping on items within the contiguous US.
Alaska and Hawaii:
We ship select items to Alaska & Hawaii for an additional shipping fee. Due to contractual obligations, we can only ship via FedEx, and all shipping rates are determined solely by the shipping carrier.
Canada:
Shipping to Canada on select items is available for an additional flat rate fee that includes shipping, taxes, and duties. The fee depends on the weight of the product and is charged per item purchased. Canadian customers can also shop on Amazon.ca.
For items that weigh 10lbs or less, such as our sheets, mattress pads, and extra covers, the shipping charge will be $25 per product. For items that weigh over 10lbs the shipping charge will be $50 per product. For Kids Twin Mattress the shipping charge would be $111 per product.
GST/HST taxes will be collected at checkout. These shipping fees & taxes will cover all necessary duties and fees to get your Newton item delivered to your Canadian shipping address.
Do you ship to APOs/FPOs?
While we continue to evaluate options to provide this service, at this time, the size of the mattress prohibits us from shipping it to APO/FPO through USPS, which currently is the only channel shipping to these addresses. Should you have anyone who can assist in shipping from the US to you in another way, we offer free ground shipping in the contiguous US where we could ship the product.
Do you have any retailers near the US/Canada border?
We do not currently have any US cities near the Canadian border (Buffalo, Seattle) We are only available in online retailers. Other than Newton Baby, you can find our products on Amazon, Nordstrom, and Babyletto.
If I purchase now, can you ship it later?
Unfortunately we cannot request a later ship date or specific arrival date on orders placed. Please keep in mind that we offer a 100-night trial on our mattress that begins on your due date. We do this to allow you to purchase a mattress at any time that's convenient for you, so you can prepare your nursery ahead of time, and be ready when your baby arrives! 💚️
