Sales tax must be applied to any order shipping to a state where we hold business offices. This includes all states and Washington D.C, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
Additionally, our mattresses are produced and distributed in Robertson County, TN. Because of the tax laws in TN, any orders that ship to a TN address are charged taxes for the originating county, not the county shipped to.
