What is Order Protection?
Order Protection is a type of shipping insurance that covers customers for lost, stolen, damaged, or incorrect items during transit. It is offered as an optional add-on at checkout for a small fee and provides peace of mind by ensuring a refund or replacement if something goes wrong with the delivery. If a customer purchases this insurance, there is a hassle-free way to file a claim.
How do I remove Order Protection at checkout?
At checkout, if you are on a desktop computer there will be a selector above the items in your cart. you can deselect Order Protection here and it will be removed from your order.
On Mobile, at the bottom of the checkout process, under the payment details, there is a section for Order Summary. Select <Show> at the Order Summary, and you will see the selector option to remove Order Protection here.
Can I cancel Order Protection on my order?
As long as your order has not shipped, you will still have thew opportunity to reach out to Newton's Customer Care Team and request removal.
